The transformation of the farm into student housing, reinterprets the social properties of the original farm, as well as the simplicity in material use and economy of building. The Student Village blends the old with the new, the rural with the urban, as well as the progressive with the nostalgic in order to highlight the area’s diversity and adapt Søgaard to a new context in a modern age.
